The villa itself is amazing and spotless, the beds are comfortable and the showers amazing. On top of this the staff are incredible, Sudan keeps the grounds perfect and cleans the pool each day, Desi kept villa itself spotless and there was never anything out of place , Lilly ( and with the help of Desi) made the most amazing meals , we ended up eating every meal at the villa you could beat the quality of the ingredients, menu on offer and the taste, do not leave without trying the sweet and sour fish and the sticky black rice pudding. Kutut and Jutta answered every query we had and even came late at night when we needed assistance with the safe, and last but not least the security guard was always working in the background at night watching over us not that you ever felt for a moment unsafe .
This villa was beyond our expectation, this was our first trip to bali and it certainly sold the dream we will be back this villa is the whole package and is 10 stars all the way.
Spectacular villa and gardens! The villa staff took great care of us and cooked food for us and our children. It’s difficult to explain with words how wonderful our stay was, you just have to experience it for yourself!
We spent 10 days at Villa Naora with our three children. It was a perfect vacation for the whole family. The Villa is beautiful, spacious and furnished in an excellent style. The entire house serves the comfort and entertainment of those who rest there. The garden is spacious, bright and beautifully tended by a gardener every day. The pool is nice and clean (cleaned every day).
The staff of the villa are very kind and fulfill all our wishes. They cook excellently. We only ate the food they prepared and can recommend it to everyone. Ana has developed an excellent system for the operation of the villa. If you want to live in this area, definitely choose Villa Naora. The houses in the neighborhood were mostly empty, while Villa Naora was constantly occupied. We would go back to Villa Naora right now, but we will definitely come next year.
We had a fabulous 5 day stay at villa Naora. The villa is superb (even better than the photos) and the gardens are extremely well maintained. Huge pool and lots of outside sitting and lounging space. There is direct access to the beach from the end of the garden and it is possible to swim from the shore. You can hear the sea from the pool and sitting areas. We had not stayed previously at a staffed villa and were a little nervous, but needn't have been.
The staff team were amazing, so kind and friendly and everything was done with a smile. The Indonesian (vegetarian) food that Lili, Desi and Sudan prepared for us was delicious. Great communication from Ana, the owner, who was very helpful and the on-site management was very responsive. We highly recommend villa Naora to everyone.

Wir lieben diese Villa im Norden von Bali. Das Team der Villa war super lieb und nett. Wir fühlten uns von Anfang an willkommen und toll umsorgt. Das Frühstück und das Abendessen das wir uns immer aussuchen durften, schmeckten jedes Mal einwandfrei. Klar, bei so vielen frischen Dingen und so einer tollen Köchin.
Die gesamte Villa ist top gepflegt. Es gibt eigentlich nichts, was wir negativ bewerten könnten. Der Aufenthalt war perfekt. Alles wurde für uns perfekt organisiert. Egal, ob Ausflüge oder schnorcheln. Einfach top.
Wenn wir wieder nach Bali kommen, würden wir auf jeden Fall wieder in diese Villa genes. Allerdings nur, wenn wir einen internationalen Führerschein dabei haben. Der Norden von Bali ist doch etwas ruhiger.

Villa Naora has been my favourite Bali stay in the 25 years I’ve been coming here! I love the tranquility + authenticity of the North side and Ana’s villa captures it all in such a luxurious way. The Villa blew away my family and I. Everything about it was stunning, comfortable + luxurious.
The staff were very helpful and prepared so many yummy, cheap meals. We hardly ventured out as everything was so perfect at the Villa and will definitely stay longer next time! Thank you again!

It is very difficult to write the review to give villa Naora the justice it deserves. The booking of this villa was very impulsive as the pictures were so great there were no seconds thoughts. As I was travelling with children the drive up north was not super exciting, but it was totally worth it. As soon as we stepped in, the villa left no doubts in our decision. What left me more impressed was not how beautiful the view was and it is stunning, or how big the pool was and it is massive but the lovely people that looked after us.
The food was delicious. The service was impeccable. Privacy was totally respected. Incredible professionals and excellent human beings.

We enjoyed our stay in Ana’s Villa a lot. All the Staff of the Villa were very nice and helpful, the Food was really good and we felt at home and welcomed by everyone. You have a lot of privacy here because of the big garden, the pool is huge, and the perfect massage "house" as well... Also the check in and check out was perfect, Ana helped us with that a lot and the communication was super friendly.

Beautiful and peaceful are the words to describe the villa. The vila is exactly the same as seen in the picture and very well maintained. The kichen is fully equipped. The pool is clean and the garden is huge. The wifi is strong beyond our expectation. Ana is a very wonderful host. The entire staff are polite, nice and helpful. The meals are yummyyy…either local or western. You just need to pay the ingredients. There is a lot of things you can do around the vila. There is dolphin tour and you will be picked up from the beach early in the morning. There are 2 massage table located in front of the pool and you can have massage with the calming voice of the ocean.
We really enjoy our stay in the vila and highly recommend this place.

Wir haben die Villa nur zu zweit genutzt. Da der wunderbare Pool eine schöne Länge hat, sind wir auch sehr viel geschwommen. Herrlich zum Abkühlen! Die Größe der Anlage verbreitet ein sehr großzügiges Ambiente. Der Vorhof mit Zufahrt erinnert tatsächlich an eine Boutique Hotelanlage. Im ersten Moment mag man gar nicht glauben, dass man das alles für sich alleine nutzen kann. Das Personal samt Köchin ist überaus freundlich und stets bemüht einem jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen. Hier im Norden gibt es wenig drum herum. Wir empfehlen daher sich rechtzeitig mit dem Personal über den Essenswunsch zu unterhalten, damit man auch rechtzeitig die Einkäufe entsprechend organisiert und erledigt. Gerade für den ersten Anreisetag sollte man für das Abendessen mit dem Personal vorab Kontakt aufzunehmen, damit das gewünschte Dinner auch bereit steht. Ein weiteres Highlight der Villa ist auch die tropische Massagehütte. Tolle Massagen mit einem hervorragenden Preis-Leistungsverhältnis! Ingesamt 5* place!
And absolutely outstanding place to stay with the family. Beautiful location, from everything from engaging with Ana, who’s a wonderful host, for the booking, to the team on site who took such good care of us. We had a wonderful vacation. Would highly recommend. We will be back.
Perfection. The only way to describe this villa. From the welcome greeting to the goodbye hugs, everything was perfect. Lily, Desi, Sudan, Artanu, Ketut and Jutta are the best crew around. Throw in an awesome driver (Pande Tut De) and you have the dream team. Every piece of fruit was cut perfectly. Every egg and carafe of coffee was made with love. The ambience couldn’t have been better. The crew was “there but not there.”
The grounds are breathtaking. The gardens are well maintained and the pool and jacuzzi are amazing. There are so many places to lounge that you could get lost and not see your housemates for hours. And those indoor/outdoor/showers! The villa really is right on the water. You will fall asleep to the sounds of waves crashing throughout the night.

Outstanding holiday at Villa Naora. Get away from the bustle of Seminyak and the like and head north through the mountains. Stay at Villa Naora. You won't regret it!
We were few couples and spent a super time to relax and enjoying the villa. No need to go out. Just fine.

A place where you can relax for days on end without any desire or need to connect with the outside world. Staff are there to cook and clean for you, and the food is fantastic. The pool and outdoor living space are amazing. The backyard is huge - great for kids. Beautiful relaxing gardens. We had a local masseuse come in, cheap and good quality, all organized by the house staff. I can see that some people might be hesitant to book because of the 3 hour car ride, but it’s actually ok - Can break up the journey with lunch and a visit to some local sites like the twin lakes.
It really is a perfect spot for those wanting to experience a different part of Bali away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Would highly recommend.
Ana’s villa is amazingly huge! We particularly love the huuuge garden space, equally huge swimming pool and definitely the cherry on top is the direct access to the beach. We really did not expect to be able to see sunset from the villa but when we arrived, we were welcomed with the most AMAZING sunset - the ball was really dropping between 2 volcanoes nearby PLUS crazy beautiful stars immediately after. I didn’t see any sunrise from waking up late, but I think we can see sunrise from the villa as well!
We had Eni who helped us to buy our daily groceries everyday, buying them in the local market so expect the freshest produce, fruits and veggies at a bargain price!
Overall it was such a wonderful stay, thank you Ana and her lovely team for having us!
This was place is great if you’re looking to get away from the crowds and explore new areas in Bali. The Villa is very nice and the pool area is excellent. By far the highlight of the villa. Staff are nice and cook really good food. Wifi could be stronger as we needed a good signal to work but that’s hard to find in Bali. It’s quite far North about 2 and a half hrs to 3hrs from Airport but the drive is quite beautiful over the mountains. Very nice place and would recommend.
We are a family of 7, kids 17-8. We had such a wonderful time at Villa Naora. The house was beautiful where time seemed to slow down. But most of all the staff was so kind, loving and helpful. We enjoyed their cooking, smiles and laughing together. We would highly recommend this wonderful villa. Thank you!
We stayed at Villa Naora for 4 nights. The villa is amazing and has a very big area. The staff (Total 5) at the villa are very attentive and sincere. Ketut, the villa manager received us during check-in, he was very polite and informative. Annie and Lillie, the housekeepers/cook were very attentive and amazing cooks, they prepare the breakfast and cook almost for you under your instructions. The gardener was very hardworking and the well curated gardens at the villa is the result. Ana also has a security staff who stays for the night.
The villa is located on a volcanic sand sea beach, number of fishing boats can be seen past. The pool is the biggest I have ever seen in a villa and the jacuzzi is so relaxing. It has has a gazebo with 2 massage tables, we did call for a massage, a brochure is available at the villa. It has 3 rooms on the ground floor and 1 on the first floor with a balcony. They do have couple of board games, foosball tables, novels etc.. Lovina beach is about 20 minutes drive and another 20 mins for Singaraja town. You can ask the housekeepers to cook anything and they would happily oblige, just the ingredients would be charged, which they would bring themselves.
We highly recommend this place and would definitely return in future.
Great host. This is a great villa in North Bali. Our driver was excellent. The cooks, staff and gardener all did a great job. The Blacksand beaches are beautiful. This is a great place to get away from all of the tourists in south Bali and Ubud. It was very peaceful and relaxing. Great waterfalls, temples, Hot Springs, and national park in northwest Bali are all close.
Beautiful villa in peaceful and private setting of North Bali. Photos are 100% accurate. Eni and Lily are the perfect villa staff being excellent cooks and then going about their daily tasks with discreetness.
Great Villa, hospitality offered by the staff ( Mr Ketut, Eni and the rest) Despite the 3.5 hours journey needed to reach the villa from the airport, it is worth it to travel to the north bali to enjoy the stay and of course also the memorable dolphin tour. You just need to walk to the beach and will be picked up from the beach in the morning. Strongly recommend to have lunch and dinner at the villa as Eni and her colleague cook delicious local and western cuisine. Just need to pay for the cost of the ingredients. You will get the most fresh seafood.
Most importantly, the owner (Ana) has been there to ensure we have a pleasant stay.
We began our Bali adventure here for 4 nights over Christmas. We arrived in the middle of the night and were greeted with a welcome drink and a fridge full of Bintang as per our request. A Christmas tree had been put up which we felt was very thoughtful. The villa is beautiful and was perfect in every way.

Stunning villa in beautifully kept grounds the villa truly has the wow factor as soon as you arrive you really won't be disappointed. Communication before we arrived from the UK was super helpful and arranged for transportation from the airport when we landed even though it was the early hours of the morning. We had breakfast prepared every day and the staff arranged for us to have a suckling pig prepared and bought to the villa and transformed into various unreal dishes. Honestly the food prepared for us was amazing, local veg, beef rendang and the best noodles I've ever tasted to name a few. The staff did grocery shopping for us each day bringing bintang and sancks in between meals. We found a small bar about 200 yards up the beach from the villa. Perfect for a change of scenery for an hour or two.
On the whole, an amazing villa, fantastic staff and an amazing chilled out start to our Christmas holiday before we headed south of the island. Its as good if not better than the pictures. Keep doing what your doing guys, another gem found in beautiful Bali!
Ana’s place is just amazing. We had a fantastic week there. The staff were wonderful, and we were so impressed with the size of the villa, the grounds and the pool. We felt like we were in a luxury resort, but with the added bonus of not having to share the facilities with anyone else. Having breakfast included was great, but we also chose to eat lunch and dinner at the villa each day as Eni was a great cook, and could easily cater to our varied dietary requirements.
If you are looking for a tranquil luxurious break, then I would highly recommend Villa Naora.
Just beautiful. So much prettier than the photos! The staff at Villa Naora were amazing. Eni cooked us delicious meals daily that we already miss!! The entire staff team was very kind and nice. It was like living in paradise for a week.
Ketuk and Eni organized everything we wanted to do for us! From dolphin watching to going to beautiful waterfalls, organized drivers for us and more. I recommend staying here to anyone going to Bali! It's a 3h drive from the airport but well worth it, we also recommend using the driver they provide as he was cautious and better than most other drivers we had

Our family of 6 had a lovely stay at Villa Naora! A gorgeous villa with beautiful surroundings and extremely helpful staff. We absolutely loved it and it exceeded our expectations! We have fond memories of quality family time spent enjoying the pool and the surroundings. (and the wonderful massages in the massage hut!!) We are excited to come back again.
The staff truly made all the difference!!! We felt so safe at night knowing there was a security guard. Ketut was extremely helpful in answering any questions, setting up dinner reservations, and booking any excursions. Eni and Lily were fabulous with keeping things clean and cooking wonderful meals for us. And the gardener kept the pool clean and the yard immaculate.
Everyone had positive attitude and they were always greeting us with a smile! One of the most relaxing holidays we have had! THANK YOU!

Chambres spacieuses, piscine superbe et où il fait bon se baigner à toute heure, terrasse sur piscine idéale pour les repas, cuisinière(s) qui font de très bons plats, et autres services dont chauffeur. Bref un lieu que l’on ne peut qu’apprécier.
5 jours fantastiques dans cette belle villa. Grande piscine face à la mer dans un beau jardin arboré avec 2 tables de massage. Confortable espace à vivre. Les cuisinières sont adorables, au petit soin pour nous faire plaisir. Plein de choses intéressantes à faire aux alentours, hot springs, balades en forêt et autour de lacs, snorkeling. J’y retournerai !!
We already talk about our return and we only left two days ago! We stayed one week and we enjoyed every minute of it, everything was perfect! The Villa is gorgeous, very big and way enough space for a 4 adults and 3 teenage kids. The pool is the best pool I have seen ever in a private villa. And the staff - well they are the absolute best. They were so friendly and helpful, true gems who are making the stay even better!
There are plenty of restaurants available and you can get a driver always either from the villa management or from the restaurants. So even if you want to go out for a dinner it’s no problem at all but the ladies in the kitchen are great cooks, we loved their food.
We will definitely be back to Villa Naora! Thank you so much once again dear Ana and team!

It was an absolute delight to stay at the beautiful Villa Naora, the staff were lovely, kind people happy to assist with any query and made the villa feel like a home. The Villa itself is stunning and set in the most beautiful surroundings, so peaceful ideal if you are looking for an idyllic week of relaxation. The highlight of our days would be watching the sunrise and sunset from the cabana's whilst either drinking a cup of coffee or G&T. There are plenty of activities if you are keen to get out and about but just be sure to spend a day indulging in a massage at the villa! Finally, Ana the villa owner has been so helpful and gracious with her time in organising our visit and accommodating to our requirements.
I would just like to say thank you for a fabulous trip and I am sure we will be back!!
How lovely the villa was and how much fun we had. Everything was perfect & staff were lovely!
Every one who stayed with us loved the Villa. Who wouldn't? Its location is stunning with sunrises ( getting up to see the dolphins) and sunsets equally beautiful. The garden, pool and house layouts suggested a feng shui expert had been hard at work and the Balinese art work and furnishings were also hugely attractive. Indoor and outdoor (boules and badminton) games were on offer for those not lazing by the exceptional pool.
We were glad to have found ourselves in north Bali where mass tourism has not yet arrived. Although not on our immediate doorstep we found the Bora Bora restaurant at the Mayo Resort to be excellent as was the Lovina Bakery. Both worth a visit. The new and basic beach bar 250 metres from Villa Naora was excellent for a beer and a light lunch. Further afield, a trip to Menjangan island for snorkelling/ scuba diving was great.
Eni and Lilly, the smiling and charming house staff, looked after us beautifully and produced a lovely variety of Balinese meals.
We all want to go back as soon and as often as possible and highly recommend Villa Naora to all those who enjoy the finer things of life.
Alls good here at Villa Naora we are being looked after very well. The villa and gardens superbly kept and Eni’s cooking is delightful.
After a long journey from the UK it took only moments to forget as we entered Villa Naora to a warm welcome , from that moment on we were well looked after and wanted for nothing, the organised trips , the hospitality and lovely food prepared by the staff meant our stay in Bali will give us memories forever , The Monkey Forest, The temples, The waterfalls and Dolphin watching to name a few trips and the days out were always topped off with the knowledge we were returning back to the gorgeous Villa Naora.
We wouldn’t hesitate to return and have already been telling everyone we know how wonderful our Holiday was.
This beautiful Island is a step into paradise and the Villa makes you feel like a Lottery winner or a Hollywood star.

Ana has a wonderfull villa- wonderfull caring Staff and an amasing view from the Pool to the Sea. It is worth the 3,5 Hour drive becouse you can really relax and know everything is being cared for. Eni is an amazing cook and the Rest of the House staff is just terrific.

We absolutely loved our stay at your Villa and had the best time in Bali. The staff were wonderful and it was great to have the girls there for cooking meals and general help each day. Also loved the massages and the Villa itself was amazing and we could not get enough of the pool and spa. The location was great on the beach and there was plenty to do in the area to keep us busy.

When we finally arrived at villa Naora (after a 17 hour flight and 3 hour drive) I was delighted to see all the villa staff waiting for our arrival at the main entrance with a cold cocktail and a flannel. It really didn’t take us long to feel like we were at home, I spent a good hour walking around the villa and taking it in as it was by far the biggest/nicest villa I’ve ever stayed in my life. The pool is absolutely huge and the jacuzzi is a brilliant addition. The scenery is something else, beautiful birds drinking and bathing in the pool alongside stunning flowers and trees. The view of the beach from the villa is stunning you can see everything from the pool. Small touches to the villa really made this a 5* experience for us such as dressing gowns, beautiful smelling soaps. The staff were very accommodating, I had suffered a really bad bee sting whilst in Bali and the concern from the staff was so so sweet. They even asked the villa manager to fog the villa from the insects just to put our minds at rest. The food at villa Naora is delicious so much so we didn’t really want to eat out, recommend Eni’s satay chicken/spring rolls & her chicken wings. Overall I can’t recommend this place enough, huge thank you to all the staff for taking such good care of us.

Une villa magnifique avec un terrain spacieux, un accès direct à la plage, une vaste piscine, un grand jacuzzi et même un terrain de pétanque ! Gros coup de cœur également pour l’espace massage à l’extérieur, ouvert avec vue sur la mer et bruit des vagues... L’équipe est adorable et très attentionnée. Les 2 gouvernantes ont été extraordinaires avec nos enfants (1 et 4ans), nous permettant ainsi de profiter et trouver du temps pour nous.

Where to start..everything was amazing!! From the very warm welcome on check-in, the beautiful designed luxurious space, the amazing pool, very well kept garden and wide sea view.. everything was just perfect! We stayed for 10 days and stayed at the villa for most of the days, just because we had such a great time and with two small children (1 and 3) you don’t need to make to much sightseeing trips. Eni and Lilly made us breakfast, lunch and dinner..we felt so spoiled not having to do anything. They did groceries and cooked what we wanted, great! The two gardeners did an amazing job making the garden look really beautiful! And the guard was there every night. Very nice staff, all of them! We took several massages at the house, also for my 3 year old daughter.. all of the treatments were very good!

Wir sind so richtig entspannt nach diesem Urlaub wieder zu hause angekommen. Es war eine wunderbare Zeit in einer traumhaften Villa mit ein liebevollen und sehr bemühten Personal. Das Meer ist sehr sauber und angenehm war. Perfekt Location zum Chillen und Ausspannen.
Villa Naora...wow. An incredible welcoming party we had awaiting our arrival to this spectacular space. From the first moment we were made to feel welcome and comfortable by the staff there. The pool and outside dining area are by far the outstanding features of the villa, and where we spent most of our time as a group of 4. The staff cooked us nice breakfast, lunch, and dinner when we wished. They also have spa treatments available from a local parlour who actually come to the villa and you can utilise the peaceful massage area that’s been specifically designed for this purpose. The beach out the back is black sand and not the best of views but the water was clear and was very quiet. It is worth noting that the villa is fairly remote. This is wonderful to enjoy to peaceful and tranquil setting, however if you like to do some travelling around the north of the island, you will most definitely need wheels, whether that be taxi, car, or scooters. The nearest market area is 15 mins away, and the nearest town Lovina about 30. We found having scooters for a few days was well worth it, but even still is a long way to travel anywhere. My interaction with Ana was frequent and speedy. Sometimes I felt I was asking too many questions, but she always responded quickly and with amazing quantity and quality of information. Happy to recommend this villa, and Ana. You can’t help but be blown away by it.
Nous sommes un groupe de 5 adultes avec 2 bébés. Notre séjour à Villa Naora était au delà de nos attentes. La villa est récente, luxueuse et très bien entretenue. Il fait très bon y être et cela donne envie d’en profiter et de ne pas aller en excursion! On s’y sent bien dans le moindre détail. La villa, la piscine et les jardins sont superbes. Le personnel est très serviable et très attachant. C’est le meilleur staff que nous avons eu lors de notre séjour à Bali, sur 5 villas fréquentées. Nous avons savouré nos échanges avec chaque membre du staff et lié des liens particuliers avec Eni et Lily qui se sont très bien occupés de nos bébés. Elles nous ont également concocté de bons petits plats et de bons petits déjeuners, et nous avons même eu le plaisir de savourer un baby guling, cochon rôti à la braise que le staff nous a préparé sur la plage de la villa. Komang s’est très bien occupé de l’organisation de nos sorties, massages, taxi,...et nous n’avons eu aucune mauvaise surprise. Un plus est de prendre le bateau le matin directement depuis la plage de la villa pour aller voir les dauphins.

Whauuu, me and my family had an Amazing time - the Staff and this beautifull Villa was truly world class! Back in London now and missing the place so much! - would love to come back another time, perhaps with a few more family members to share the experience. If you are looking for luxury accommodation - this is it!
The grand interior and lush carefully maintained gardens and grounds are stunning! We spend much time around the large infinity pool or the separate outhouses spread across the grounds. Ana was a great host and very quick in answering any questions we might have had - and all went smooth from the moment we sat foot in Bali.
A friendly driver (Gusti) meet us at the airport and took us across the island. Once at the Villa we where introduced to the staff and villa manager. the staff (2 gardeners, 2 cooks and a night security). We spend most time with the cooks Eni & Lilly, they spoke good english and were friendly, genuine and accommodating. We used the Villa driver (Gusti) many times to get around - he was very knowledgeable and accommodating. We went to see Dolphins one morning and was picked up on the beach directly outside the villa - the skilled fisherman knew exactly were to find them and we were not disappointed. When we returned to the beach Eni & Lilly had prepared breakfast for us (the kids had requested pancakes) The staff was really attentive to any request we made. (picking fresh Coconuts for the kids, scooter ride to the shop and slaughtering pig for BBQ etc…).

We were there with 2 families, 9 person. If you look beautiful, with super view and spacious villa with super service than that is what you look for. We spent New Years Eve there and 2 fantastic cook were ready to cook us dinner after their work hours. Actually all 9 days, which we were there, cooking was Super. I can really honestly say, that it was superior experience. If only thing to say which wasn’t super, than the beach was little with stones but if you have such pool next to villa, you do not need to go very often to beach.
Hope to visit it again someday.

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay, Villa Naora was simply spectacular.
Where do I start, so many good things to say about Villa Naora the whole process was managed very proffecianly. Anna the owner was very helpful with our booking responded promptly. We started our trip from England stayed in Singapore for 3 days before heading to Bali, on our arrival was met by the driver from Villa Naora. We arrived at villa early evening it was dark and raining at the time but was met by all the staff who greeted us all with smiling faces and a cool drink and flannel very thoughtful. The assistant villa manager was there who showed us round the villa and after a hr Eni had prepared a lovely meal for us all which was delicious then after, all staff had left us on our own had a early night.
Our first day waking up to this amazing place was breathtaking, it was still raining but still beautiful. Eni and gardener where there to great us, unfortunatly one of the staff was on maternity leave so gardener was helping Eni with chores.
Our whole stay here, which was nearly 3 weeks, was amazing, all staff were excellent, we have visited Bali many times before staying in different villas in the past and all staff are so nice but think that is normal here the people are so lovely. Eni cooked breakfast and any other meals that we wanted had grown very fond of her indeed I would go so far to say that she could be the manager at the villa, as always did everything for us, from making booking for us to go out, or just to go to top up of grocerys, she is very professional at everything she does, we didn't see much of the new assistant manager, but to be honest didn't need him for anything as Eni did most things for us, we didn't use the driver from the villa as from previous trips had our friend Putu to use for our trips.
Villa Naora is a lovely place to say, it's very large the pool is huge and as there was only 4 of, was more than big enough. There are plenty of things to do in north of Bali and plenty of places to eat if you wanted too although we had Eni cook most of ours. The gardeners where very discreet, if we did see them, they always saying hello and a big smile, the security guard was excellent too, somehow always knowing when we where coming back from a trip or a meal out, opening the gates to villa and again with a smiling welcome . Eni cleaned, cooked and washed our laundry and ironed it, amazing young lady she works so so hard and what came across to us was her dedication and love for working in the Villa and I think that comes across very clearly that it is almost like a family run establishment as they take pride in every thing they do which is a amazing thing we felt very safe at the villa. We would recommend having a massage or any spa treatment at villa, Eni again would organise any treatments, would call the team up and they would turn up on time very professional, relaxing atmosphere in your own spa area was amazing experience and well worth the money which was very cheap.
If there was anything I would change it would be a larger wardrobe in upstairs bedroom but I must admit I do bring more than I need every trip lol, Also I would say Eni could manage this villa herself although she was 1 staff down she coped with doing everything herself and we only saw the manager on 2 occasions of our trip. We would highly recommend coming to Villa Naora, we would go back, we miss the villa and staff so much and feel very honoured and privileged to have been able to stay here. We would like to say thank you Anna for letting us stay at your amazing villa is 5 star and we hope to be able to come back for another visit in the future.

La villa Naora, située au nord de Bali, a regroupée tout ce que nous cherchions pour fêter les 10 ans de mariage de nos trois couples et 20 ans d’amitiés.
Située au milieu d’un jardin splendide, les odeurs de fleurs exotiques et les chants des oiseaux nous réveillent au petit matin, tandis que celui du gecko nous accompagne le soir. Les petits farés au bord de la plage et de la sublime piscine, le salon de massage au milieu de la nature et les douches avec vue sur le ciel sont particulièrement propices à la détente et à la sérénité.
L’équipe en charge de la villa est toujours souriante, à l’écoute et discrète. L’entretient, tant de la villa spacieuse que des jardins est irréprochable. Une mention toute particulière pour notre chère cuisinière, qui a été aux petits soins avec nous et qui a fait découvrir à nos papilles sa fantastique cuisine.
L’emplacement géographique est idéal pour ce que nous voulions visiter. Loin du bruit et de la foule du sud, la villa se trouve près de sources d’eau chaudes, cascades, monastères, temples, à une heure du site de plongée de l’île de Menjangan, et surtout, les dauphins sont présents à quelques minutes en bateau depuis la villa ! La montée du volcan Batur est même possible pour les lèves tôt.

La villa NAORA, située dans le nord de l’île, où nous avons séjourné constitue la cerise sur le gâteau de ces vacances. C’est un endroit paradisiaque qui ne ressemble à rien de ce que nous connaissions. Jardin surprenant donnant directement sur la plage, entretenu avec soin. La piscine avec débordement est un éblouissement. Sans oublier le jacuzzi , l’espace réservé aux massages où nous avons profité des petits doigts de fée de 2 jeunes balinaises et le lit couvert en fond de jardin donnant directement sur l’océan et qui est idéal pour le repos. La villa aménagée avec beaucoup de goût offre 4 belles chambres avec chacune une salle d’eau. Un véritable enchantement.
Dans ce petit EDEN, nous avons pu profiter des services de 2 charmantes jeunes dames pour l’entretien de la maison et les repas, d’un villa manager qui nous a été d’une grande aide pour préparer nos excursions. Grâce à lui, nous avons pu réaliser tout ce que nous avions projeté sans aucune contrariété : balade sur les eaux bleues au lever du jour (horizons splendides) pour surprendre les dauphins, trekking à travers les rizières, snorkeling où nous avons pu observer des poissons incroyables, visite de temples, rencontre avec les singes, découvertes de petits restaurants, …
Pour nous Européens, et Belges de surcroit, le plus dur à supporter est le climat humide et chaud mais cela ne constitue en rien un obstacle. Au contraire, cela fait partie intégrante du voyage et dès le premier pas posé sur le tarmac de Zaventem, sous les nombreux nuages, la nostalgie nous emplit et les projets d’un prochain voyage à Bali se profilent déjà dans nos esprits avec pour objectif de retourner séjourner à la villa NAORA!
La propreté et le service sont irréprochables, nous nous sommes régalé et avons bien profité des massages et du wifi. Les balades ont été bien organisées et le snorkling bien apprécié par toute la famille. Voila, c'était un super séjour. Grand merci à tout le monde et nous imaginons avec grand plaisir de revenir.

There was nothing that we felt could add to our experience. The staff were truly exceptional- very friendly, helpful and thoughtful. Nothing was too much trouble. The villa managers were always there to offer advice and assistance when required. The two ladies were simply fantastic! Thanks again for accommodating us at short notice. We will definitely be back! SteveGreat place to relax! With family (were there with 2 small children) or with friends. The staff is great and cook delicious food. Beach is not nice but like most off Bali beaches and it might be worse because we were there during rainy season. The villa is quiet and secluded, exactly as described on the pictures. Lots of shade and great places to rest, nice rooms. Love the outside bathroom and the Pool facing the sea is the best place!
Wir verbrachten unseren Urlaub über Weihnachten und Silvester 15/16 in Asien. Zehn wundervolle Tage davon verbrachten wir (8 Personen aus einer Gruppe von Familie und Freunde in der Villa Naora auf Bali. Zu Beginn: Die Villa und das Anwesen sind wirklich Traumhaft! Die Fotos halten wirklich mehr als sie versprechen! Man muss das in LIVE gesehen haben! Das Haus ist sehr stilvoll und abgestimmt eingerichtet, der Garten ist auch sehr gepflegt. Die netten Gärtner geben auch jeden Tag ihr Bestes dafür! Auch die Security ist sehr präsent aber doch für den Gast Nahe zu unsichtbar! Es dauerte nur einen kurzen Augenblick, nach dem man die Lichter abends ausgeschaltet hatte, bis man schon die Taschenlampen umher ziehen sah. Und auch ein vergessenes Handtuch oder eine Liegestuhlauflage wurde stets von Ihnen bei Seite geräumt! Besonders hervor loben muss man aber die zwei Haushälterinnen bzw. Köchinnen, die sich jeden Tag mit aller Mühe um einen kümmern. Sie säubern die Zimmer und das Haus, bereiten die Mahlzeiten zu, kaufen ein, geben Termine weiter oder buchen selbst für einen die Massagetermine (sehr zu empfehlen)! Man konnte jeden Tag aus verschiedenen Gerichten auswählen und auch zum Frühstück konnte man aus verschiedenen (europäischen) Backwaren auswählen, die von einem Lieferdienst gebracht wurden. Aber sie übernahmen auch den Einkauf von anderen Lebensmitteln und Getränken die man nicht zum kochen gebraucht hatte. Der Villa Manager führte die Einweisung und Führung am ersten Tag durch und war auch sonst zur Stelle wenn etwas an Stande, wie zB Buchung von einem Schnorcheltrip, Restaurantreservierungen oder wenn einfach ein Fahrer benötigt wurde. Das WLAN war im allgemeinen recht gut. Das iPad und vor allem das iPhone in Verbindung mit der Musikanlage und Spotify auf Terrasse waren eine absolute Bereicherung! Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen und können dieses Haus absolut uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen! Einfach traumhaft!
Une année déjà depuis notre trop court séjour d'une semaine à la villa Naora, Avec nostalgie, nous nous remémorons notre arrivée dans ce petit coin de paradis tranquille, avec son parc magnifique, sa spacieuse villa et son personnel au petits soins pour notre enfant et nous. La villa est lumineuse et parfaitement entretenue. La décoration, à la fois moderne et balinaise a été choisie avec amour et goût par les propriétaires. Les extérieurs sont soignés, avec une piscine juste magnifique, un jaccuzzi, plusieurs "balés" (mon préféré est au bord de la plage...), dont un réservé aux massages, un petit étang recouverts de lotus... Les petits déjeuners sont copieux et excellents, avec des jus de fruits frais. Les deux gentilles cuisinières nous ont également préparé de délicieux repas. Nous y retournerons bientôt, avec des amis pour partager ce petit paradis tropical!
We had a fabulous time at villa Naora this year, as usual the staff were amazing and looked after us so well, it really did make the holiday extra special.
Enik and Lilly are such an important part of what makes villa Naora so great, their food is lovely (they gave me some cooking lessons this time J) and they are so friendly.
We did lots more things this time, the 3 day paddi dive with Arrows was great, and the kids loved swimming with the dolphins, we also went to Krishna watersports which was a great day out, and Krishna adventure where we had a great time on the quad bikes.
Komang was very good to us, he drove us to many of the places we went and it was much better than having just a taxi driver, Komang was able to help us arrange the activities and made sure we were very well looked after. He even came quad biking with us, I think he had as much fun as we did. On the last night Komang and Enik cooked together and made us a very special meal, we were very sad to leave them all.
Many thanks again for letting us return to your lovely villa, we will definitely be back in the future. Hopefully one of these days we will meet you (perhaps next time in bali)
Villa built recently (2012) with a lot of space, a very good swimming pool, a nice garden, and a direct access to the beach (which is as clean as could be a non private and daily cleaned beach in Bali...). Villa is well furnished in a contemporary style. The massage area near the sea with two massage tables is really, really cool. Villa is however at a minimum of 2h round trip drive of any interesting things to do in the area (Munduk, national park, lakes...). But when you're in Villa Naora, you don't really feel the need to move anywhere…
We truly enjoyed our stay at the villa. It was everything we expected and more. Love Bali and the laid back atmosphere. The staff was great and very helpful.

Nous avons passé un séjour de rêve à la villa Naora ! Merci à Ana et Jacques, les propriétaires, qui sont adorables. Nous étions deux familles avec chacune 3 enfants. La villa est exceptionnelle : les extérieurs sont superbes, avec une vue magnifique sur la mer à perte de vue, la piscine est très grande, et le jardin très arboré. L'intérieur de la villa est également magnifique : décoration très soignée, la villa est très bien équipée. Et enfin, le staff est adorable, très professionnel, et à vos petits soins. Un grand merci plus particulièrement à Eni et Lili, nous nous sommes régalés de leur savoureuse cuisine!
Bref, c'est le paradis ! A tel point que nous avons changé nos plans de vacances pour y séjourner plus longtemps, tellement nous y étions bien !
Une équipe formidable et un service digne d’un hôtel de luxe. Le calme en plus. Voici une endroit idéal pour une célébration ou un séjour à plusieurs. De l’espace, une (très) grande piscine, la plage, les excursions et une attention discrète du personnel que nous remercions chaleureusement.

Overall we had a very good rest at Villa Naora from 15 to 24 June 2016. So quiet, peaceful and the time just seem to move so slow. I still remembered counting day one, two and so on... North Bali had been my dream to visit, but the distance from Denpasar always stop my family from doing so. We had numerous trips to Kuta and Nusa Dua area, so we gave North Bali a shot.
If you can enjoy the view up and down the mountainous terrain from airport to North Bali which takes about 4 hours, Villa Naora is highly recommended. For that distance you are traveling, better stay at least a week.
I have just returned home after experiencing the best holiday I have ever had with my 2 children. It was just what we needed to get away from it all and relax. The villa is amazing, and the view is wow! The staff are just lovely, always smiling and willing to please, they really do an amazing job, all of them.
We can't wait to return!
IWe stayed with three teenagers. The villa was great, we had plenty of space, the pool was magnificent. So was the service. Ketut arranged all our trips very well, it was no problem. Gede was our driver most of the time and he was great. He even watched over us when we visited Lovina. Ana was very nice and responsive, she called to check if everything was ok before we left.

Nous avons passé 15 jours en famille dans cette villa paradisiaque...le personnel en place exceptionnel... il est difficile de trouver les mots car ils ne refléteraient pas la beauté du lieu et de ses habitants.
Nous nous sommes promis d'y retourner.
Quel dépaysement! Pour notre 4ème séjour à Bali (après Ubud, Seminiak et Kuta), on ne pouvait rêver plus enchanteresque. C’est l’endroit parfait pour visiter le nord de Bali.
Villa Naora est un vrai bijou à la déco rafinée. Les photos, bien que très belles, ne reflètent pas le caractère exceptionnel du lieu avec des jardins majestueux et une vue à couper le souffle. Tout y est pensé pour que l’on se sente privilégié.
Que l’on soit, comme nous en famille, entre amis ou en couple à la recherche de sérénité, chacun y trouve son compte. Bien que tout soit ouvert, on trouve toujours dans la villa ou à l’extérieur des coins pour s’isoler. Nous avons adoré les apéros au bord de la piscine, les parties de pétanque, les instants détentes face à la mer et les massages au bruit des vagues. Sans oublier bien sur les excellents repas indonésiens et occidentaux concoctés par Heny la cuisinière. Elle a même su réconcilier les enfants avec la soupe tant c’était délicieux!
Avec un personnel discrêt mais toujours efficace, gentil et souriant, les prestations fournies sont sans conteste dignes d’un hébergement 5*: chef à domicile, piscine à débordement, jacuzzi, salon de massage, accès direct à la plage.... et j’en oublie évidemment!
Nous avons hâte d’y retourner pour profiter des cours de plongée donnés dans la piscine de la villa avant d’aller plonger dans un des plus beaux sites d’Asie du Sud Est.
Bravo à Ana et Jacques les propriétaires qui ont su donner une âme à villla Naora ainsi qu’à tout le staff qui contribue fortement à la magie du séjour. Merci encore et à bientôt!
We (extended family) stayed in the villa for two weeks during Sep/Oct and it was absolutely amazing! The villa looks super luxurious and is extremely well kept. We thoroughly enjoyed just being there. In real life the villa actually looks better than on the photos. The best thing: the staff. The two cooking/cleaning ladies make you feel at home and will prepare amazing dishes that you can choose yourself. I'm not a big fan of Asian food, but at Noara I ate Indonesian dishes for lunch and dinner, it was soo good! (if you want, they can also cook western dishes off course, but for us there was no reason to...). The groundsmen keep the villa in excellent shape, the night guard keeps you safe and the managers help you with any request you might have. Ana (the owner) is very friendly and responsive during the booking period. The surroundings are pretty as well, and we went on a dolphin tour, multiple diving tours to Menjangan Island, rice fields tour etc. One sad thing to see was the continuing (state-sponsored) islamic encroachment in this part of Bali, which threatens the friendly Hindu culture that Bali is known for.
It took me a while to write this review, but the fact that I'm doing it even after three months should attest to the wonderful time we had at Villa Naora. Can't wait to go back!
We stayed at this villa for 5 nights. To say that this is a great villa - not say anything. This was our last stop after a month stay in Bali. Over the 5 days we were only at the Villa, because the past month stay on the island, we saw just enough (especially since Bali is not the first time). Just a wonderful villa, excellent service. Perfect.
It was a beautiful accommodation! Very nice staff. Luxury swimming pool. Great! Great! Great!
I would like to thank you very much for arranging our holiday at the villa, which was by far the nicest villa we have stayed in. I was amazed how peaceful it was, we had a great relaxing holiday and fell in love with Bali.
What made it very special were the wonderful staff who really do you credit. Ketut, the villa manager did an excellent job arranging our excursions, we saw loads of dolphins, climbed a volcano and went snorkelling, all great fun and very well organised.
The security guard and gardeners were very friendly and helpful but above all we cannot express highly enough how lovely Eny and Lilly were, then made our holiday special. No task was too much and their food was superb, our children fell in love with both of them and were upset to leave.
We are hoping we can arrange to visit again, perhaps next year.
We spend our Honeymoon in Villa Naora 8 days in June 2015 – and we had a great honeymoon which we always will remember. The place was a fantastic place to relax – either in the fantastic bedrooms, the great terrace with meals being cooked for us, in the pool – or our favourite spot lying on the beach banong listening to the sea – almost as if we were lying on the beach. The pictures of the house are great, but reality was even better. A fantastic relaxing place with high luxury.
The staff is very nice and you – and even though they make the house and garden look like a 5 star hotel – you almost don’t see them and they gave us full privacy when we were in the pool or in the garden. A special thanks to the 2 girls in the kitchen – they were amazing, very service minded, always smiling and eager to make our holiday a great experience. We wanted to take them with us home!
We had a car with a driver every second day for 50 EUR, which was planned from the start with help from the house manager. That was a great way to see the northern side of Bali. There is a lot to see – and the driver was great to show us the right places, where to eat lunch and drove us to what we wanted to see.
The beach is for walking not for swimming – even though the local children was bathing in the sea. A lot of waste is lying on the beach, which is not nice. But not in front of the house where there is a person cleaning the beach everyday. However the pool is huge and very nice – and you don’t miss swimming in the sea.
Our family (couple with three kids: 22, 18, and 7 years old) spent one week at Villa Naora end of May 2015 after having a 6-day trip in Java with less sleep. It was perfect to relax, have a peaceful time, and enjoy the villa and the surroundings.
The Villa is in very good condition, four super rooms (bathroom each), massage deck, huge pool, jacuzzi, beachfront, TV, DVD, Wii and ipod/ipad with lots of music, which was mainly for the kids.
The staff is great, Eni and Sally cooking the best Indonesia dishes you can wish for. Two gardeners and the security guy, who always greet you with a smile, and the Villa Manager that is there for you when you need him. We went out a few times during the week, but always enjoyed it very much to come back and have a massage from Ami and her team.. We saw a lot of dolphins jumping out off he water and diving under our boat, amazing, and had a wonderful snorkeling-trip to Menjangan Island.
We definitely recommend to stay at Villa Naora - it is so quiet, well pampered and relaxing.
Rentrons de Bali où nous avons passé de très belles vacances dans cette magnifique villa à la décoration soignée. C'est un lieu magique, hors du temps. Amy et Lili, les maitresses de maison ont été aux petits soins avec nous en nous préparant de bons petits plats Balinais que nous avons adorés. Elles sont si charmantes.

Your Villa was just breathtaking. From the moment we walked in and saw the beautiful view through the picture windows to all of the wonderful amenities and lovely staff. The Villa meals were great and the ladies unobtrusive, helpful and charming. I particularly loved the outside massage bale and found it so relaxing to have a massage while listening to the waves on the beach. The pool was also one of the nicest I have seen during my travels, overall it was a wonderful experience.
I would have no hesitation in recommending your wonderful Villa to anyone and everyone. Please pass on my appreciation once again to the lovely ladies who took such great care of us.
We staid for a week at Villa Naora, and each day was just perfect. There is no negative point at all, everything from the house services, the villa facilities quality to all the activities around the villa, were just amazing.

We stayed at a total of 3 villas whilst holidaying in Bali for over 14 days. Villa Naora was absolutely the highlight of our trip, even our 4 children can't wait to go back.
On our flight home we all listed our top 5 highlights of our trip, all 4 Children had Villa Naora in their list, along with Swimming with Dolphins, water parks, playing with tigers and Monkey's at the Zoo. My husband, mother and I all had it at No. 1. Everything has been so thought out for an enjoyable family stay. The gardens are so well maintained and picturesque, the staff are so friendly and hard working. Both Annie and her assistant where amazing and made our time there so much more enjoyable, they were friendly, the kids adored them and their cooking was fantastic.
We believe all of the finer details of our stay had been covered, the menu/recipe, the swimming/pool toys, breakfast included, the sports equipment to enjoy the gardens, the ability to enjoy in house massage, the childrens zone upstairs. This list goes on.
Again we feel very blessed to have spent time at Villa Naora, we have been holidaying in Bali for over 10 years and this is the first time we have been to the North, Villa Naora and North Bali have taken our breathe away. We can't wait to come back.
Again thank you for the most relaxing stay, this mother of 4 actually felt like I had a break whilst on holidays.

We had the most amazing week at Villa Naora. The Villa itself is just spectacular. Everything from the layout, to the decor, furniture and gardens. Inside & out were just amazing.
The staff, well Ilou & Heny are just adorable and we wanted to bring them home! Always smiling, never anything a bother. Heny's cooking, especially the indonesian & balinese food was so good! Agus & Sudan were also great, forever running around ensuring our pool and gardens were in immaculate condition.
We are already planning on our return to Villa Naora, we cannot wait to get back.
Our stay was everything we imagined plus more... Villa Naora definitely did not disappoint. We are already planning to come back for our 5 year anniversary. Thank you so much for your hospitality and the staff was so wonderful… we will miss them all.

Après un accueil chaleureux du staff, la découverte de la maison est un enchantement tant par son architecture moderne d'inspiration balinaise que par sa décoration et son confort. Le grand jardin donnant sur la mer est le must qui fait de cet endroit un havre de paix. Tout est prévu pour que ces vacances soient synonymes de repos, détente et plaisir (jacuzzi, massage, terrain de pétanque ...) et les petits sont heureux de trouver jouets et équipement pour leurs âges. Une mention très spéciale aux charmants propriétaires qui font régner une belle harmonie dans ce petit coin de paradis !
Expected a wonderful villa when looking at the website, but this place is truly a well kept secret.The villa is very well appointed and in a fantastic beachfront location. Staff were helpful, obliging and almost like family. They catered to our every need and went out of the way to make our stay comfortable. We will definitely come back and recommend this place to all our extended family and friends around the world. Keep it the way it is, and the only other facility i could suggest is the addition of a bar-b-cue appliance outdoors which would add to the choice of food that could be cooked. The environment was very restful and we didn't need to leave the villa for anything if we didn't wish to. Thanks again and keep up the good work!
The staff were wonderful and helpful. Cooked us some memorable meals. The Villa itself was way beyond any expectations we might have had. Better than the pictures on the website!!!!!! All the rooms were very spacious and well appointed. Location right on the water - beautiful gardens over a large area. What more can we say? Thank you.
The welcome email thanked us for our support. Yet, somehow, we felt like we owed the wonderful team at Villa Naora our thanks for allowing us to share in their piece of paradise.
The entire experience for us was wonderful from the moment we stepped into the van for the picturesque drive through traditional ride paddies and quaint villages to the moment we reluctantly stepped onto the plane to come home.
The service is impeccable and the standard of the villa is wonderful - the pictures do not do justice to how huge, clean and modern it is. No detail has been spared, no tiny requirement overlooked. Whomever has planned the build, fit-out and appointments for this villa has done an excellent job.
We used most of the spaces offered. Given the size of this villa that took some effort. Without exception the experience was positive.
I'd recommend this villa for couples looking for a romantic getaway, groups looking to lie by the wonderful pool for a week or adventure seekers looking to explore the local villages, swim under magnificent local waterfalls, shop the authentic markets or walk the many unspoiled jungle trails. There is no shortage of things to do.
We have already booked another week next year.
As a final note, the villa is in Northern Bali. This is a very good thing if you want to avoid the negative aspects of Southern Bali - i.e. the chaos, expense and smells you associate with Kuta, Legian and surrounds. Northern Bali is completely authentic and unspoiled. The surrounding villages are welcoming and friendly. And...I don't think one person asked us to buy something!
We really love the place. It's like having our own private world but with all the things that we need. We were well taken cared of. The staff was just amazing in making sure everything we need are there. The house, the pool, their service, the food, and just about everything else really made our vacation worth while.
Nous avons été absolument enchantés par notre séjour à Villa Naora. Avec une assez grande expérience des hôtels 5* de Bali, nous sommes totalement conquis, tant par la villa elle-même et par le cadre que par le service, à la fois efficace et délicat. Nous voilà plein de beaux souvenirs !
You can't describe in words the feelings and sensations you have when being at that special place. You feel privileged experiencing all this beauty and well being. What a contrast with our busy life in Belgium! We couldn't at first get how the people could be so friendly and helpful all the time. But it's sincere and it feels good.
At first it's a bit strange, all these people wanting to take care of you, but we soon loved their cheerfulness and discreteness. We miss you all: Sweet Eni and Iloh, your wonderful meals and your smiles, the conversations about food; Agus and Sudan, the wizards of the garden, and Artanu, the super friendly and discrete night watch, Gusti, our driver for the week, what a patient and skilled driver in this overcrowded and sometimes dangerous traffic. And of course also Ketut and Komang, manager and assistant manager, always ready to advise and arrange everything for you. And it's always in order.
We liked the two day-trips around the north of Bali with Gusti, we saw the different waterfalls, buddhist temple, hindu temple, swam in the hot springs, fed the monkeys (a delight for the children), did a jungle trekking and return by canoe across the crater lake, saw the jatiluwah rice fields,... and then back to the villa! Always glad to get back there. Then, at break of dawn, the dolphin boat trip: magnificent! so many dolphins, big ones, small ones swimming and jumping around the boat! (We didn't do Menjangan nature reserve as we went to snorkel in Gili Trawangan afterwards, but that's for next time ;-) Also recommendable: a dinner at the Spice Beach Club at Lovina, with live music (nice), and especially : the Ami and her sisters' massages in the garden-massage-house, relaxing while hearing the ocean for real... magic.
The house itself: new and modern though still very Balinese; very clean and well kept (5 stars); what we liked: the bathrooms half outside, with the warm outside air to shower in; the little lizards on the patio ceiling in the evenings; the open little house at the back of the garden to relax by the sea; of course the gigantic swimming pool. I read in the info brochure at the villa: "once you visited Bali, you always want to come back, it's the spirits that draw you" yes, and villa Naora that stays on your mind like a happy thought. We went on a family vacation during summer 2014. The villa is gorgeous, spacious and very relaxing. The swimming pool is amazing and very big. The location is the perfect place to spend some quiet time with a wonderful beach landscape in front of you. The staff is friendly, pleasant and helpful. They cook very well! The journey from the airport is a bit long (3h) but you will be amazed by the villa once arrived. You can do some activities like snorkeling (corals and fish are colorful, the water is crystal clear). You should also visit some temples in the area of the villa and the rice fields, they're amazing. We had a really great time at the Villa Naora, so thank you!!!
Wow, our stay at Villa Naora was absolutely fantastic, everything about our experience was positive.
The Villa is beautiful from the design to your staff, the attention to detail was noticed in every aspect,it really looks as good if not better than the photos on your website, we enjoyed spending our days around the pool so much it was a hard decision to go out and explore North Bali. We always find that it is the staff and the friendly local people that really make your holiday experience better, and this is definitely the case here, the staff will organize any activity for you with a smile Anna - her beautiful shy smile would make our day, nothing too much trouble and best of all her cooking us authentic Balinese food daily is something we will remember for a very long time Lilu - What a cheeky gorgeous girl, she was always there to help with anything and was an absolute delight Artanu - thank you for keeping us safe and for cooking our Babi Guling Yum! Sudan & Agus - you both work very hard to keep the villa looking beautiful and you always have a smile and a wave for us.
I would recommend a day trip to Menjangan Island snorkelling - this would have been the highlight of our trip.

I would also like to mention the girls from Ami spa @ home, we had the girls visit us almost every day for a massage, they are very professional and after spending a further two weeks in Bali they were also the best massages that we had during our whole stay highly recommended.
Overall I couldn't recommend Villa Naora more highly, everything was extremely professional starting with the booking process up to our driver returning us to the airport. Thanks you for sharing your piece of paradise.
Everything was just fantastic, we had a very beautiful time in Villa Naora. The Villa it is very nice and the staff extremely kind and good. Villa Naora ließ uns für 5 Wochen unser Zuhause vergessen. Eine traumhafte Villa mit riesigem Pool und wunderschönem sehr großen gepflegten Garten. Gerade richtig um unseren 50 jährigen Hochzeitstag dort zu erleben.
Im eigenen Garten und doch direkt am Strand zu liegen und aufs Meer zu schauen, einfach fantastisch. Unvergleichlich die farbenfrohen Sonnenuntergänge zu erleben und den kleinen Fischerboten am Horizont zuzuschauen. Hier stimmt wirklich alles. Die ausgezeichnete Betreuung durch die Eigentümer der Villa, das gepflegte Haus, der umsorgte wunderschöne Garten und die Liebenswürdigkeit der uns betreuenden Balinesen.
Kein Essenswunsch blieb unerfüllt und der traumhafte Massagetempel bot eine herrliche Entspannungsmöglichkeit bei wohltuender balinesischer Massage, die wir regelmäßig nutzten.
Wirklich traurig waren wir nur, als wir uns verabschieden mussten. In der Villa Naora haben wir Bali und Balinesen noch in ihrer Ursprünglichkeit erleben dürfen.
Gerne werden wir die Villa Naora bei unserem nächsten Bali Urlaub wieder wählen.

Villa Naora, WOW! First impressions – warm welcomes from the team with BIG smiles. The people and the place - stunning!! Every detail exceeded our expectations from the welcome by all the staff, the villa décor and facilities, the beautiful pool at our doorstep, the great service and yummy food, to the activities and tours we enjoyed during our time. We can’t thank the staff enough at the Villa - Ketut, Kadek, Iluh, Agus, Sudan and Artanus . Nothing was ever too much trouble. Their warm and friendly service was exceptional and nothing was too much trouble. We found everything easy and seamless from the initial inquiry to booking and payment through to our actual stay. The hospitality included a call from Ana, the villa owner, to check how our stay was going, which was lovely and meant we could rave about our stay in person. For people who enjoy a local experience and a good walk we recommend the guided 4 hour walk through the local villages and rice fields in the mountains. This was a highlight of our stay and the local guide was exceptional, especially his knowledge of the plants and locals foods being grown across the valley. There is a fair bit of up and down on this walk and sometimes the track is a little steep and rough, but its moderate to easy depending on your level of fitness. Certainly worth the time if you’re looking to do something a bit more active and experience a bit more of the local community life in North Bali. The snorkel and dive at Menjangan Island was majestic – beautiful warm, clear water and great fish life. The dolphin tour departing from the beach in front of the villa is incredible with some of the best dolphin sightings and beautiful scenery from the boat on sunrise. Then there were the massage ladies from Ami’s spa. How can we ever forget their brilliant, amazing hands in making us feel even more relaxed and pampered. Highly recommended as a must do during your stay! The food at the Villa was a definite highlight. We can’t thank Kadek and Iluh enough for cooking us wonderful Balinese style food day after day. What a treat and something we are all still talking about!
We would highly recommend Villa Naora and our stay was rated by all of us as one of the best holidays we have ever had. Travelled as a group of 8 adults and 1 toddler from Australia in April 2014.
Nos 15 jours à bali se sont très bien passés : les dauphins, la plongée, les temples, les cascades, ubud, le marché de séririte tout était magique.
La villa est magnifique et très agréable. L' accueil par le staff a été super. Ketut et Coman ont réalisé tous nos vœux avec beaucoup de professionnalisme. Un grand merci et bravo à Made, Easy et Kadette qui sont exceptionnelles, très serviables et toujours avec le sourire. Les plats mijotes, les petites attentions et leur discrétion sont à la perfection. Les 2 jardiniers font un travail remarquable et le gardien de nuit est très discret. La maison est très spacieuse et digne d’un 5 étoiles. Nous avons beaucoup profité de la terrasse et de la piscine !!! Nous avons testé toutes les chambres à tour de rôle qui ont toutes leurs particularités : la terrasse, un grand lit, une super salle de bain. Les masseuses étaient à notre disposition et nous ont détendus pour un très bon rapport qualité prix.
C’est donc sans hésitation que nous recommandons villa Naora à tout le monde.

The villa was amazing, the complimentary welcome drinks and lunch on arrival set us off to an amazing start to our holiday… It's great to have a private villa with all the services that a hotel would supply. Swimming pool, Jaccuzi, separate gazebo for massage, outside petanque game, inside baby-foot, WIFI, and more ....
The two girls, Iluh and Kadek were very caring with all of us. The garden is so well maintained by the boys Sudan and Agus, seems like a botanic garden. The night guard was there from the end of the afternoon until the beginning of the day, he was so discrete, but we felt in security. Ketut the villa manager was very helpful and very professional in organising all our tours. They were all very kind and friendly.
The attention to detail, the service and food was exceptional. The villa was perfect in every sense, as was the service.
Everyone was captured by the magic of the north of the Island and by Villa Naora.
Nous avons séjourné deux fois à Villa Naora , la première fois en novembre 2013 et la deuxième fois en février 2014. Nous ne rêvons que d'une chose: y retourner l'année prochaine. Tout est parfait, rien à redire. Un chauffeur vient vous chercher à l'aéroport et vous amène au Paradis: maison magnifique dans le style balinais mais très moderne et spacieuse. Les propriétaires sont infatigables pour vous rendre la vie facile avec un staff toujours à l'écoute. Si vous voulez passer votre Padi ou aller faire de la plongée sous marine, visiter les sources d'eau chaudes, aller voir les dauphins à 5 heures du matin ou tout simplement aller dîner dans un bon restau, tout est déjà prévu pour vous, dans un guide préparé avec beaucoup de soin par les propriétaires à consulter dans la villa. La piscine à débordement est immense avec vue imprenable sur la mer. Il n y a personne sur la plage et l'eau est très propre et chaude. Prévoir des sandales en plastique pour les pieds sensibles. Et surtout faites venir Amy et ses soeurs pour vous masser, il y a un Bale équipé comme un Spa pour deux personnes et les massages et traitements esthétiques sont divins. Bravo pour le Baby foot, le terrain de Badminton et la pétanque, les jeunes ont adoré. Les moins jeunes se sont régalé avec les Mojitos dans le Jacuzzi.
De très belles vacances pour un prix très raisonnable, en comparaison avec les autres villas que j'ai louées avant à Bali.
We were an extended Family (7 adults, 2 kids & 2 babies). The villa is splendid, very comfortable, very well furnished (even for kids, nothing was missing) and very well decorated. We didn't even feel like exploring the region as staying around the pool was already perfect! Especially because of the impeccable service: we just had to seat around the table, everything was ready. Perfect holidays!!
From the time we arrived until we left absolutely wonderful. We arrived around 8 pm we got out of the van and it was like "wow" . We we're introduced to the staff but I was like hi but couldn't stop being amazed at the property and the villa. Ketut the manager showed us around while Kadek and Elo made our dinner. The rooms are very nice with plenty of storage for us in each room. The bed was a little to firm for my wife and I but the others thought they were great. The pool was beautiful. After dinner some of us dove right in. The property is spacious and plenty of room for everybody to have their own space and relax and relax we did. When we get together we usually don't go to bed until midnight or so but it was not unusual for everybody to be in bed by 9. We had a local massage lady come by everyday almost and that was nice and very cheap. We had our lunch and dinners made for us. We would tell them what we wanted ,they would tell us how much approx. and then give them the money. Before they left for the evening they gave us the reciepts and our change.
The beach was black sand and rocks. If you walked down a bit it was just sand. The beach was a bit trashy , though this did not keep us from going in the water and crashing some waves.The grounds staff was out there everyday raking and picking up trash.
Our excursions included swimming with the dolphins, hot springs, snorkeling,diving and some shopping. Arranging anything was simple just call Ketut the manager with the phone they provide and he takes care of it. You do have to pay for transportation but the drivers are great and very reasonable.
One thing that concerned me was having to pay for it thru wire transfers and not with a credit card. We almost backed out. All went well and communication with the owners was great. The drive from the airport was about 4 hours with bad traffic and a "coffee break "stop. It was thru the mountains which we only saw on the way back.
I have to mention the staff again. There were 2 housekeepers/ chef, 2 grounds guys,security,and manager. While that may seem a lot you hardly ever saw them.They were all very kind and friendly.
We miss villa Naora already and despite being halfway around the world we hope to come back again but longer

Wir möchten uns für die wunderschöne Zeit in der Villa Naora bedanken.
Das gesamte Ambiente, die Villa, die Einrichtung, das Grundstück - alles noch schöner als auf den Bildern! Wir waren überwältigt, und das hat sich in den 4 Wochen bei Ihnen auch nicht geändert. Jeden Tag habe ich all die schönen Eindrücke eingesaugt, damit ich noch lange etwas davon habe. Dazu haben natürlich auch all die entzückenden Menschen beigetragen, die uns in der ganzen Zeit so liebevoll verwöhnt haben. Kadek und Komang haben mit ihrer guten Laune, ihrem leckeren Essen und der täglichen Reinigung, Betten machen, Wäsche waschen, abends Düfte in den Zimmern und, und... einen großen Beitrag geleistet. Sie haben uns richtig verwöhnt!! Sudan und Argus waren immer fröhlich und haben den wundervollen Garten und den Pool jeden Tag gepflegt und es blieb auch immer Zeit, mir einen schönen Blumenstrauß zu schenken. Zwei so süße Jungs!!!
Der Garten ist mit so viel Liebe und Kenntnis angelegt, er ist ein Augenschmaus. Ich bin traurig, das wir hier in unserem Garten etwas spartanischer und nicht so farbenfroh auskommen müssen. Und im Moment ist es ganz schlimm, weil ja die Bäume keine Blätter haben und keine Blumen im Freien blühen. Aber ich schaue mir dann immer die Fotos von Bali an und dann geht es mir gut! Das Haus war einfach nur toll. Wir sind beide Bauingenieure und wissen einen guten Bau zu schätzen! Alles war geschmackvoll und von guter Qualität und die Einrichtung in jedem Detail super! Wir haben leider während der gesamten Zeit nie das schöne Wohnzimmer benutzt, weil wir immer draußen waren. Man konnte ja wegen der tollen Temperaturen die ganze Nacht im Garten sitzen und den Pool nutzen.
Aber wir haben oft den beiden süßen Girls beim Kochen zugeschaut um zu lernen, wie man so leckere Gerichte zubereiten und trotz so viel Essen abnehmen kann. Ja wirklich, obwohl wir dauernd was Leckeres gegessen haben, sind wir schlanker geworden. Auch unser Fahrer Gusti hat mit seiner höflichen Art einen großen Teil dazu beigetragen, dass es unvergessliche Wochen waren. Er hat uns das Land gezeigt, alles erklärt und stand uns jederzeit für Fahrten zur Verfügung. Die Security-Jungs waren immer freundlich aber unsichtbar, trotzdem immer präsent, so dass wir immer ein gutes Gefühl hatten, obwohl wir nie dahingehend Bedenken hatten. Und nicht zu vergessen unser charmanter Ketut. Er stand uns jederzeit zur Seite, hat regelmäßig Besuche abgestattet und sich immer nach unserem Wohlbefinden erkundigt (es gab nie etwas zu beanstanden), hat viel Wissenswertes über sein Land erzählt und uns viele gute Kontakte vermittelt. Vielen Dank an unsere lustigen und kompetenten Tauchguides ( die Unterwasserwelt war genau so toll ) und die fast tägliche Verwöhnung durch die Massagegirls. Ich möchte mich auch noch bedanken, dass uns Komang die Möglichkeit gab, das tägliche Leben der Balinesen kennen zu lernen. Sie hat uns ihr Haus gezeigt, uns zu Tempelfesten ( sie hat auch die angemessene Kleidung besorgt) mitgenommen und Plätze gezeigt, die sonst kein Tourist zu sehen bekommt.
Also, alles war wunderschön und unvergesslich. Sobald sich die Gelegenheit ergibt, kommen wir wieder!! Lieber Ketut, bitte richten Sie Ihrem Team ganz liebe Grüße aus, wir denken oft an Euch. Wenn ich Zeit habe, stelle ich ein paar Fotos zusammen und schicke sie.

We travelled as a group of four adults and three children and booked Villa Naora for a week in late September 2013.
The location is good in many ways, firstly this is in the North of Bali which has a totally different and more original character than some of the south. To get there is a good couple of hours by car but as long as you make the journey by light you will see amazing scenery and towns and villages along the way, and potentially several monkeys too!
The pictures on the website are a true representation of the accommodation, the house itself is large and kept very clean. the rooms are all a good size although you won't be in them long. The gardens are fantastic and well cared for every day by the two gardeners. The pool and its surroundings are perfect and the pool is in the sun all day long. Even though we were a group of seven, there is plenty of space to get away from everyone and read a book in the bale at the end of the garden or up on the balcony upstairs in the house. The breakfast and meals we had prepared were very good and excellent value with local ingredients being bought in Seririt which is not far. Ketut the villa manager will arrange as much or as little as you want to do, we had a day snorkeling on the local reefs, but the reason we all came to Villa Naora was to relax and spend time as a family in beautiful surroundings.
From start to finish from initial booking enquiry through to departure this has been a memorable experience for all the right reasons. We have already decided to come back if we can in 2015!
We have a great time in Bali. The best place is your villa. It is soooo nice here. Everybody loves it here!!!! The staff are all great. We wish we could stay longer.
We really enjoyed our stay at the Villa Naora. It's a lovely and peaceful place to stay. Really LOVED it! The villa is wonderful. The atmosphere very relax.
Kadek invited us for her ceremony at home which was a great and unforgettable experience for us and the kids. We really enjoyed to take part in the ceremony and were very thankful to meet her family. The 2 gardeners are working hard to keep all the plant, flowers, palm trees healthy and green. They do a great job! Artanu, the security guard is a really friendly man. Ami, the massage girl is TOP! We booked her massages frequently. She speaks English very well. Very experienced with her team of sisters who assist her often. We wanted to take her home ;)) Ketut did a great job as manager of the villa: always helpful, friendly, explaining everything well.

Nous avons passé 10 jours de rêve dans la Villa Naora. L’emplacement de la villa à Séririt est très bien placé à une vingtaine de minutes de Lovina et à une petite heure de route de Menjangan où nous avons pu aller plonger quelques fois. Tout le personnel de la maison (Desi, Kadek, Sudan, Agus et Artanu) ainsi que votre manager Ketut ont toujours été disponibles, serviables et dévoués. Nous nous sommes laissés chouchouter pendant 10 jours en profitant pleinement de la villa et de la serviabilité de votre personnel.
La maison est d’un grand confort. Les pièces sont d’une bonne superficie et les salles de bain donnant sur l’extérieur sont très agréables. La cuisine bénéficie de tous les appareils électroménagers pour ne manquer de rien.
La piscine pourrait être une piscine d’un hôtel 5 étoiles. Le palapa au fond du jardin nous a permis de nous reposer au bord de la plage. Nous avons également profiter du palapa qui abritait deux tables de massage. Vos jardiniers ont tout fait pour que la piscine soit toujours propre. Nous n’avons jamais dû prendre l’épuisette pour nettoyer la piscine car Sudan et Agus en prenait bien soin. La terrasse où nous prenions les petits déjeuners, déjeuners et diners est tout simplement bien placée au bord de la piscine pour pouvoir profiter de la vue sur la plage.
Nous en avons profité pour visiter quelques sites tels que PURU ULUN DANU, PURU BEJI et PURU MADUWE KARANG et le très beau temple indou BRAHMAVIHARA ARAMA.
Ketut nous avait concocté un très bel itinéraire pour ces visites que nous voulions faire en deux jours. La première excursion a été consacrée aux Rice Terraces, Giant Tree, Twin Lake, PURU ULUN DANU et les Hot Springs. Pour la deuxième excursion, nous avons fait : le temple chinois de Ling Gwan Kiong à Singaraja , le port de Singaraja, le temple PURU BEJI, le temple PURU MADUWE KARANG et nous avons terminé par le temple bouddhiste BRAHMAVIHARA ARAMA. Chaque journée d’excursion commençait à 09h00 et se terminait vers 17h00. Ce furent de longues journées mais nous ne le regrettons pas. Ketut nous avait programmé cela de main de maitre.
Nous avons également fait quelques très belles plongées. Nous avons pris contact avec Arrows Dive comme vous nous l’aviez suggéré. Nous avons été en contact depuis Bruxelles avec Made. Ce dernier nous a rendu visite le lendemain de notre arrivée à la Villa Naora pour mettre notre programme au point, ce qui n’était pas une mince affaire étant donné que deux des adultes voulaient passer leur Advance Water et que nous voulions emmener les enfants faire du snorkeling sur l’île de Menjangan. Lorsque nous faisions une journée de plongée, Made nous mettait a disposition un van de 8 personnes pour nous rendre sur l’ile de Menjangan avec un guide et un accompagnateur pour les enfants pour faire du snorkeling.
En conclusion, nous ne pouvons que vous remercier de nous avoir permis de connaitre une partie de Bali au travers de la Villa Naora. Toutes vos réponses à nos questions se sont avérées justes et cela nous a permis de gagner énormément de temps dans nos recherches.
Nous ne manquerions pas de revenir vers vous pour réserver à nouveau la Villa Naora dans un avenir proche.

As we just came back home let me share couple of words summarizing our stay at villa naora. Everything starts from airport pick up till transfer to our next location was meeting or even exceeding our expectations. The villa in reality is as amazing as presented on your web page. Things like villa ipad and iphone sound docking system, cellphone for communication with Ketut, video games are just several delighters we would never expect :) I don't know how you did that but we were never disturbed by mosquitos which was our biggest fear... Staff was very kind and helpful, very nice food and no problem with ordering some shopping. Ketut was very helpful on organizing any activities outside of the villa, every time everything was on time, on agreed price and with good car and drivers. We decided to go for diving trip, day tour thru nearby tourist attractions, some restaurants and massage and all this was perfect. I would like to highlight dolphin trip that was just amazing, especially pick up from the beach at villa front and being a single boat on the see with dolphins around was really exclusive experience. We really enjoyed our stay at the villa and would recommend it to anyone interested. Thank you for a great experience we all have in Villa Naora!

The villa is really wonderful and the gardens very well maintained. Its remote location from the airport is worth the journey. Everything was perfect from the time we were welcomed. Thank you for these amazing times spent in Bali.
We had a wonderful time at Villa Naora. The location (seafront) is awesome and the villa itself is very tastefully kept. The staff was cooperative and cheerful. Ketut (the villa manager) had answers for all our queries which made our life simpler. Even children enjoyed their stay. There was lot of stuff (games, wii, swimming pool, books, etc) to keep them busy. My wife enjoyed cooking in your well equipped kitchen. It is a bit far from the airport (3 hours), but I don't think this will stop us in visiting your Villa again in the future.
We had the pleasure of spending a long weekend with friends at Villa Naora. It is set in a wonderful location right on the beach and next to a river set in delightful gardens. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind, the accommodation was perfect and has everything you need for a short or long stay including great staff. We thoroughly recommend Villa Naora.
Tout était parfait, un cadre magique, une décoration très épurée et raffinée, une extraordinaire piscine, un jardin qui enchante les yeux, un confort digne d’un 5 *. Le personnel souriant et aux petits soins, une cuisine simple mais délicieuse, le sourire des Balinais et plus particulièrement notre chauffeur Gusti qui nous a véhiculés toutes ces journées en nous décrivant les us et coutumes de son île paradisiaque. Un seul bémol, notre séjour était trop court. A voir et à revoir :)
Our week long family holiday at Villa Naora was wonderfully relaxing. The villa is beautiful and the rooms are spacious. The house sits right on the beach; and we saw hardly anyone besides local fishermen. The staff at the Villa were very pleasant. North Bali is much quieter and less developed than South Bali, so if you are looking for bars, restaurants and shopping this is not the place. If you want peace and quiet with your family; and great massages...then you will like Villa Naora. We did venture out to play golf at the beautiful Handara Kosiado, which is about 100 minutes away in the mountains. We also spent a day snorkeling in the nearby national park. The coral was beautiful and the water was crystal clear. The trip from Denpasar airport is long, over 3 hours, but it's worth the trip. We highly recommend Villa Naora.
Deux semaines de vacances avec un couple d'amis à Villa Naora. Personnel serviable, compétent et discret. Équipement haut de gamme ,climatisation ,piscine à débordement magnifique, jacuzzi , boulodrome, plusieurs bale (gazebo), dont un spécialement aménagé pour les massages. Bien sûr tv, hifi, dock iphone, wifi, etc....... Nombreuses excursions possibles, que ce soit avec voiture, bateau, chauffeur et guide privé. Séjours paradisiaque. Très vivement conseillé.
Nous avons passé 2 semaines merveilleuses dans cette superbe villa avec des amis. La villa est tout simplement magnifique, spacieuse et superbement décorées dans un style mixte contemporain et Balinais. Chambres très confortables (avec très très bon matelas). Nos amis ont particulièrement apprécié la chambre au 2ème étage avec accès direct au balcon. La piscine est impressionnante et donne l'impression de se prolonger avec la mer de Bali... Très grand jardin superbement entretenu avec de nombreuses variétés d'arbres, de palmiers et fleurs. Nous avons aussi adoré le jacuzzi extérieur. L'équipe de Villa Naora, tout en restant discrète, a été sans cesse au petit soin avec nous. Les jardiniers font un travail exceptionnel pour l'entretien du jardin et la qualité et variété des repas préparés par l'équipe de la villa nous a surpris tous les jours (nous avons d'ailleurs renoncé à sortir déjeuner ou dîner dans les restaurants des alentours qui pourtant nous avaient êtes recommandés). Nous avions également prévus de faire plusieurs visites mais avons finalement préféré limiter ces sorties pour profiter au maximum du confort de cette villa. Toutefois, nous recommandons sans aucune hésitation une sortie en mer pour aller voir les dauphins (départ directement depuis la plage devant la villa) ainsi que le snorkeling à l'île de Menjangan. Tout simplement magnifique! À surtout ne pas manquer... Séances de massages sans aucune modération dans le Spa situé au milieu du jardin tropical avec vue directe sur la mer de Bali (un tout grand merci à l'équipe de Ami pour ces merveilleux massages) et parties de pétanques entre amis sur le cour spécialement aménagé. Nous avons déjà prévus d'y retourner l'année prochaine!

Great villa in Northern Bali. The pictures are real. Spacious accommodations with modern details. The infinity pool is terrific. Staff is friendly and helpful. Spa treatments are available at the villa itself. Best trip ever. A must if you need to relax and do nothing. The manager even organized reservations and a cake for my mom's birthday celebration at Spice Beach Club - which was a hit. Many thanks!
We have spent a fabulous week with our 3 young kids in this amazing villa, along with some friends with also 3 kids. The villa is spacious enough for 2 big families in lovely bedrooms. Highly suitable also for couples without kids or bunch of friends looking for luxury rest. Excellent service and advice from the villa manager on things to do around (diving and snorkeling, temple and rice field visits, shopping, massages, dolphins watching...). Very good food prepared by staff (and even we are French so i guess highly demanding on food !)with daily fresh supply from fresh markets nearby. The villa is in a remote area, quiet, with amazing view on the sea, with a fantastic pool. Lush garden with awesome flowers and butterflies, just gorgeous. Probably the best vacation in our life in asia !
Villa Naora is gem hidden on the quiet north of Bali. Well appointed and very well staffed this villa is a welcomed retreat from the action of Ubud. Comfortable luxury with a friendliness not often found in even some of the finer hotels, were our daily routine. Plenty of room for families with quiet spaces for reflection and rest.
When you are told you are going the wild part of the Island, you really do not expect to land in the haven we have found at Villa Naora! From being welcomed at 22:00 by the full staff with flower collars, to relaxing in the most beautiful infinity pool you can imagine, it has been a continuous track of good sensations. The house is really stylish, very tastefully decorated, rooms and beds very comfortable, wide spaces, where Balinese culture mixes perfectly with a modern Western interior. And if you are after a romantic moment with your companion or just wish to enjoy a quiet moment of meditation, you can lie in a Balé with the see in front and the sunset on the horizon. Breakfast glorious, and a staff who can do some really neat local and even western dishes... During the day you would there is nothing to do, but there is. Lovina is a great town, only 10km away, and you can enjoy shopping, great bars and restaurants, and even a night club if you are still up to it. You can also go diving at one of the best spots in Asia! After all that daily activity, you can wind down with an absolutely divine massage in the Villa garden, listening to Balinese music and to the noises of the night. And much more, if I had more time to write. We had an absolutely fantastic and relaxing time. It is a 200% recommendable rental, as your expectations are most probably going to be exceeded.
Our family (couple with three kids: 13, 11, and 3) spent one week at Villa Naora during october. In one sentence: it is the perfect place to relax, enjoy a peaceful time, and find your soul again.
It was not our first time in Bali, and we have been before to most touristic places around the island from the busy handicraft area of Ubud, beach time at Nusa Dua, and bars in Kuta; so we decided to go to the north for the first time, and had a very nice time here. The Villa is brand new, four super rooms (bathroom each), massage deck, huge pool, jacuzzi (which my wife and I enjoyed with a glass of sparkling in the afternoons, while the kids played badminton in the huge garden), beachfront, TV, DVD, Wii for the kids, and lots more.
The staff is great: two ladies cooking the best Indonesia and International dishes you can wish for. A couple of gardeners that always greet you with a smile, and the Villa Manager that is there for you everytime. Grocieries are picked up for you based on your own list, and taken to the Villa for you. We went out twice during the week for day tours: made it to the Git-git falls, with a dinner stop and shopping at Lovina. You have got to see the sunset at Lovina beach - breathtaking. went to Ulun Danu temple at Beratan, and more shoping. The Villa Manager arranges the trip with the driver. I would definetly recommend to stay there. No doubts. Specially if you have been to Bali before, and satisfied the wishes of every tourist with stays at Ubud, Kuta or Nusa Dua, and have already visited the many nice - yet very busy - touristic places that Bali offers.
To consider. Be prepared to drive for some time to go from the airport to the Villa - it is in a remote and quiet piece of paradise. A stop to rest in the area of Beratan could help, specially if you have kids.
