Rates 2026

- Payment is usually accepted in Euros unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance.
- All rates are based on minimum 4 persons occupancy. Each additional person will be charged 25 euros per day (175 euros per week).
- Maximum standard occupancy is 8 persons (up to 10 persons with 2 additional beds on request)

All rates are for the rental of the entire villa, inclusive of:

• Use of electricity, water and gas
• Services of 6 dedicated staff members: 2 housekeepers/cookers, 2 gardeners, 1 night security guard as well a villa manager
• Use of bedlinen, towels, bathrobes and pool towels
• Free wireless internet accessible in the villa, pool deck and garden
• Use of the villa iPad, iPod
• For booking of min. 4 nights, the first meal (breakfast, lunch or dinner depending on the arrival time) will be offered.
• For booking of min one week, the first breakfast and first meal (lunch or dinner depending on the arrival time) will be offered.
• Mineral water at all time

For booking of parties greater than 10 pax (others than children below 2 years), we can also combine with other villas in the same neighborhood (subject to availability).

Note: Minimum rental period in low season: 4 nights Minimum rental period in high season: 7 nights Villa Naora is preferably rented on a weekly basis, from Saturday to Saturday. Other changeover days and/or rental periods will be on request. We regret that we are not able to accept other rental periods during Xmas and New Year season. Other changeover days will be on request and depending on Xmas and New Year actual weekdays. If your preferred dates are already 'Booked' or 'On Request', we do recommend sending us an inquiry as existing booking can occasionally get cancelled.

Terms & Conditions

Reservations are only confirmed upon a down payment of 30% of the rental price. The balance needs to be settled 4 weeks before the arrival date. A security deposit of 200 euros will be asked before check-in and will be refunded after settlement of damage claims if any.

Enjoy the following discount for long stays:

• Between 14 and 20 nights: 5% discount on the entire stay
• Between 21 and 27 nights: 10% discount on the entire stay
• Over 27 nights: 15% discount on the entire stay

Young children below 2 years old (at date of arrival) stay free of charge.

Not included:
The transport from Bali Denpasar airport to villa Naora and returned is not included in the price. It can be arranged by us in a comfortable vehicle and with our recommended english speaking driver who will wait and welcome you upon arrival at the airport. The indicative price for this transport is 950,000 rupiah (± 52 EUR/58 USD) for maximum 5 pax or 1450,000 rupiah (± 80 EUR/ 90 USD) for up to 8 pax, per way. (minivan)

Local Tax

Our price is inclusive of all fees and taxes (including the 10% Indonesia Government Tax) with the exception of a local tourist tax of 50,000 rupiah per guest and per stay (3-4 EUR or 3-4 USD depending on the exchange rate). This tax needs to be paid once for the entire stay and will be collected by our villa manager who will take care of all formalities for you.

Half of this tax is required by the local police office for the registration of any guest  staying in a hotel or villa in Bali while the 2nd half goes to the village to help the local community (e.g. maintain Balinese traditions like local dances in the village by teaching them to the children). Our local villa manager Ketut will be more than happy to share more details about the village programs as well as arrange visit (maybe with local performance) for our guests who are interested to know more.
